1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by CodeCraftPoint (Avenida de Cesaraugusto 10, 50003 Zaragoza, Spain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
CodeCraftPoint provides web development, API integration, security consulting, cloud infrastructure, and related technical services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed: 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins; remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery; invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables are transferred to the client. CodeCraftPoint retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary tools developed during engagements.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
6. Limitation of Liability
CodeCraftPoint's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Work in progress is delivered in its current state.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.

1. Refund Eligibility
CodeCraftPoint (Avenida de Cesaraugusto 10, 50003 Zaragoza, Spain) offers refunds under the following conditions: the service was not delivered as described in the project proposal; the project was cancelled by CodeCraftPoint before completion; or a material defect in our work cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of service delivery or project milestone. Include your project reference, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request within 5 business days.
3. Partial Refunds
For milestone-based projects, refunds are calculated based on the work completed versus the total project scope. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless the termination is due to our failure to deliver as contracted.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: third-party licenses, domain registrations, hosting fees, or other pass-through costs; work completed and approved by the client; changes to project scope requested after approval; consulting hours that have been delivered.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative refund method by mutual agreement.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting us in writing. We commit to resolving disputes amicably. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
